About the position

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Machine Learning Operations Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in transforming visions into market-ready products. This position involves ensuring smooth product delivery, supporting change initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to continuously deliver value. You will be responsible for managing product delivery tasks, building relationships with key stakeholders, and driving efficiencies within the team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources
• Builds strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication
• Partners with Product Owners (PO's) / Area Product Owners (APO's) and delivery leadership to confirm impacts and scope across teams
• Plans and delivers proper execution of product roadmap to align to the product budget and ensuring team availability
• Manages release communication
• Supports the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement across the team in order to drive efficiencies and improve the overall effectiveness of agile

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities
• Experience in product deployment processes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution
