About the position

As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in Machine Learning Operations Intelligence, you will play a crucial role in transforming visions into market-ready products. This position involves navigating complex challenges to ensure smooth product delivery and support change initiatives, marking a significant step in your career growth and innovation journey. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, build key relationships, and enable the product to continuously deliver value.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to execute on key delivery tasks and identify ways to boost efficiencies.
• Supports the completion of change management activities across functional partners and monitors adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Raises blockers and other impediments to the Product Delivery Manager to manage dependencies and ensure adequate resources.
• Builds strong relationships with Product and Technical partners, setting clear expectations and providing excellent written and verbal communication.
• Partners with Product Owners (PO's) / Area Product Owners (APO's) and delivery leadership to confirm impacts and scope across teams.
• Plans and delivers proper execution of product roadmap to align to the product budget and ensuring team availability.
• Manages release communication.
• Supports the Agility Lead in driving continuous improvement across the team in order to drive efficiencies and improve the overall effectiveness of agile.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
• Demonstrated performance in either product management or relevant domain area.
• Experience executing operational management and change readiness activities.
• Experience in product deployment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with high-performing teams in complex program execution.
