About the position

The Senior Product Delivery Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of products within the organization. This position involves collaborating with various teams, including Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations, to enhance product processes and support data-driven decision-making. The manager will oversee the product delivery process from development to implementation, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver maximum impact to customers by ensuring the right actions are taken at the right time.
• Streamline collaboration and communication between Product and Operations teams.
• Serve as a knowledge expert and focal point for operations teams globally.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and maintenance across all functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan release cycles and milestones.
• Continuously improve operational efficiency.
• Run the implementation and roll-out of products, ensuring alignment on launch tasks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Technical Program, or Project Management, preferably in SaaS companies.
• Comfortable in a technical environment using tools such as Kibana, Splunk, Swagger, and Postman.
• Problem-focused and solutions-oriented with extreme attention to detail.
• Understanding of all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
• Experience with Jira and Confluence is a must.
• Ability to understand workflows and provide creative technical solutions.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Curious, independent, rigorous, and proactive personality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with strong project management capabilities.
