TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video, and we are looking for a Senior Product Design Manager to join our fast-growing team in the SF Bay Area. In this role, you will lead and own product features that help evolve and drive impact for everyday consumers and creators. As a maker yourself, you will thrive in an environment that encourages creativity and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional leaders, including product managers, researchers, content designers, and engineers, to contribute to high-level strategic decisions and execute impactful product experiences globally. Your responsibilities will include leading large-scale projects from inception to completion, managing uncertainty and ambiguity, and ensuring that we are shipping meaningful and quality experiences. You will establish strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders across functions, uplifting the voice of product design within the organization. Your ability to anticipate areas of opportunity or conflict and proactively manage them with articulate communication will be crucial in helping others see a way forward. In addition to driving high-quality design, you will help scale the design team and elevate design quality with a strong focus on craft. You will foster a culture that allows designers to do their best work and lead by example. This position requires exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a passion for TikTok and its community, especially in building for creators. A portfolio showcasing your impactful work is required for this role.
