About the position

As a Senior Product Designer at Hudl, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of club and youth sports technology. Your primary focus will be on understanding and addressing the latent needs of users, going beyond surface-level feedback to uncover the deeper motivations and desires that drive their interactions with our products. This involves conducting thorough user research, synthesizing findings into actionable insights, and translating these insights into a cohesive product experience strategy that aligns with both customer and business objectives. In this role, you will be a visual and verbal storyteller, crafting compelling concepts that resonate with users and differentiate our offerings in a competitive market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Product, Design, Scrum, and Quality, to define requirements and deliver intuitive digital user experiences. Your ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces will be crucial as you identify key user characteristics and market expectations, ensuring that our designs are not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and user-centric. You will advocate for design excellence throughout the design process, ensuring that every project you shepherd to release meets high standards of quality, accessibility, and user satisfaction. After launching solutions, you will take ownership of measuring their effectiveness and iterating on them based on user feedback and performance metrics.
