About the position

As a Senior Product Designer in the Customer Experience and Integrity team at DoorDash, you will lead the user experience design for products that enhance platform integrity and protect customers from financial harm. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions that integrate user experience, AI, and behavioral science, ultimately fostering trust in every transaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, and crafting visions.
• Work cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and other disciplines to build and ship designs.
• Deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunities.
• Create, collaborate, and refine flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
• Design and ship high-quality product improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of work experience in product design.
• Strong mastery of the design process and ability to lead design sprints.
• Experience in leading product strategy and vision for new product areas.
• Ability to balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve elegant solutions.
• Attention to detail and a passion for high-quality visual design.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with AI and behavioral science in product design.
• Familiarity with design tools and prototyping software.
