About the position

As a Senior Product Designer - Growth, Commerce, and Identity at SiriusXM, you will be instrumental in enhancing the growth, retention, and commerce features across SiriusXM and Pandora apps. This role involves collaborating with a talented design and cross-functional team to create exceptional user experiences that resonate with millions of listeners. You will leverage user research and data to inform design strategies, ensuring a cohesive and engaging audio entertainment experience across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define SiriusXM's and Pandora's relationship with current and potential customers to grow the subscription base.
  • Translate business goals and listener needs into creative design solutions through sketches, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, visual mocks, and interaction specs.
  • Develop an understanding of SiriusXM's business goals while championing user needs.
  • Partner with user research to gain insights into listener needs and inform design strategies.
  • Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to refine existing solutions and discover new opportunities.
  • Define, run, and assess targeted A/B tests to enhance customer understanding and optimize business metrics.
  • Ensure a cohesive end-to-end story across platforms and devices.
  • Collaborate with designers and cross-functional partners to innovate and differentiate services and experiences.
  • Provide and receive feedback, ask insightful questions, and recognize unique perspectives within the team.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product design process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a user experience (UX) designer, interaction designer, product designer, or similar role.
  • Experience with consumer-facing mobile apps, user research, growth design practices, and A/B experimentation.
  • Design experience for mobile, web, connected devices, and third-party apps.
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
  • A portfolio showcasing skills and experience, highlighting specific roles and impacts.
  • Expert-level skills with Figma.
  • Experience with Jira and/or other project management tools.

  • Strong visual design skills.

  • Competitive salary range of $128,100 to $150,000 based on skills and experience.
