About the position

The Senior Product Designer at Spring Health will play a crucial role in enhancing the caregiver experience within the mental healthcare sector. This position focuses on designing innovative solutions that improve care delivery, reduce administrative burdens, and drive clinical improvements for mental healthcare providers. The designer will collaborate closely with various teams to ensure that the product aligns with the company's mission of providing accessible and effective mental health care.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with product, engineering, data science, and clinical experts to identify and ship meaningful and measurable impacts on Spring's provider experience.
• Design solutions to test hypotheses and gain signals for further improvements.
• Help everyone across the organization understand design decisions and progress through high quality documentation and guidance.
• Contribute to a team of talented, hardworking, and passionate designers, fostering a positive collaborative environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design at a technology-driven organization.
• Experience in leading the design of product experiences with a metrics-driven approach.
• Impact-driven portfolio demonstrating experience transforming product objectives into impactful solutions.
• Strong communication skills for articulating and advocating for design decisions across teams and to leadership.
• High quality design delivery with a genuine interest in building accessible and inclusive products.
• Understanding of the latest accessibility and usability standards.
• Excellence in service design, visual design, animation, and micro-interactions.
• Expertise with Figma and prototyping.
