About the position

The Senior Product Designer role at Netflix focuses on enhancing the live streaming experience for users. Responsibilities

• Partner closely with multi-disciplinary team members to elevate the business.
• Act as a thought leader in the live streaming space, creating a user experience vision.
• Drive a human-centered design process from concept to launch.
• Innovate to meet member needs while contributing to the overall design system.
• Master storytelling to present a vision and create shared understanding of the experience strategy.
• Advocate fiercely for members from around the world.
• Embrace a culture of experimentation and A/B testing.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing user experiences for consumer-facing products across mobile, web, and/or TV.
• Proven track record of designing and shipping products successfully for global users.
• Deep understanding of live streaming intricacies and member expectations.
• Ability to articulate a high-level product strategy and vision.
• Knowledge of how to delight sports fans globally.
• Experience in driving collaboration across various initiatives within the organization.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and create actionable roadmaps.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with various team requirements.
• Systems thinker with a strategic approach to design across multiple platforms.
