About the position

Good Inside is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance the design of its mobile app, focusing on user experience and engagement. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually appealing and functional designs that support parents in their parenting journey. The designer will conduct user research, prototype solutions, and test designs to ensure they meet user needs and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver visually stunning designs that prioritize functionality and usability.
• Conduct user research and leverage both quantitative and qualitative data to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals.
• Develop innovative design solutions that set products apart in the market.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and conduct usability testing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app designs for consumer products.
• Proven track record of designing products that drive habitual user engagement.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Jira.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable design improvements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and influence stakeholders.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment, with a proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving.
• Exceptional organization and project management skills.
