About the position

As the design leader in the Product team at Enova International, the Senior Product Designer will be responsible for the user experience and design aesthetic of Pangea's web and mobile applications. This role focuses on creating clean, intuitive, and appealing UX experiences for customers sending money abroad. The designer will collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define and deliver a cohesive design system, optimize user flows, and implement best practices in design workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Own the look & feel of the Pangea app and design frictionless and intuitive customer-focused experiences.
  • Define the UX for new initiatives, ensuring a consistent and cohesive experience across platforms.
  • Deliver wireframes, site maps, user & process flows, prototypes, and design assets to product and engineering teams.
  • Build and evolve the Pangea style guide for software delivery across desktop and mobile applications.
  • Optimize funnels and user flows to impact customer retention and activation directly.
  • Implement best practices for improving design workflows and documents.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product design experience leading UX for mobile consumer applications with strong interaction and visual design skills.
  • Experience providing comprehensive UX documentation for product managers and developers.
  • Ability to deliver on short-term needs while aligning with long-term vision, including sketches, user flows, wireframes, and polished designs.
  • Rigorous training in UX design practices, capable of instituting new processes independently.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills and a passion for fast-paced environments.

  • Familiarity with data tracking tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics.
