About the position
The Senior Product Designer for Provider Enablement will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience for healthcare providers. This position focuses on designing intuitive and effective solutions that streamline provider interactions with the platform, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently. The designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that improve overall satisfaction and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process for provider-facing products, from ideation to implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define design requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Ensure consistency in design across all provider touchpoints and maintain design standards.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably in healthcare or related fields.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions and design thinking process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Experience in designing for mobile applications.
