As a Senior Product Designer on the Digital Experience team at Windstream, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing innovative web products and features that are utilized by millions of customers. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify user and business needs, allowing you to ideate and deliver high-quality solutions that address real user pain points while achieving key business objectives. You will work closely with developers to ensure that your design concepts are effectively translated into functional cross-platform solutions, contributing to the evolution of our growing design system. Your work will directly impact the user experience and the overall success of our digital offerings. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. You will be expected to collaborate closely with the Product Development, Marketing, and Sales teams to understand requirements and create innovative, user-friendly solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting product discovery, user research, and brainstorming initial product ideas, as well as rapidly delivering high-fidelity prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas. You will also conduct usability tests and iteratively refine your designs based on feedback from working teams and senior leadership. Additionally, you will partner with Product and Engineering teams to ensure that the final customer experience aligns with the original design vision, and work with Brand and Creative teams to ensure that site assets and copy adhere to brand guidelines.
