About The Position
ClickUp is seeking a Senior Visual Designer to join our dynamic team and contribute to shaping the future of work. As the world's only all-in-one productivity platform, ClickUp is dedicated to enhancing productivity through a unified platform that integrates project management, document collaboration, whiteboards, spreadsheets, and AI. This role is pivotal in creating intuitive interfaces and innovative features that enhance user productivity. The Senior Visual Designer will collaborate closely with both Core Product and Growth Product teams to support the design and development of the platform experience and marketing journeys. In this position, you will lead the creation of new shared patterns and apply systematic thinking to elevate and harmonize our product interfaces and user experience. You will spearhead the development of our next-generation design system, setting new standards for visual excellence and consistency across all product interactions. Your collaboration with product designers, engineers, and other stakeholders will be crucial in integrating these advancements seamlessly, thereby enhancing the overall user experience. Additionally, you will work closely with engineers to ensure the perfect implementation of components, ensuring that the design vision is realized in the final product.
