About the position
Rho is the banking platform with everything businesses need to manage cash, control spend, and automate finance busywork. Rho offers corporate cards, banking, treasury, expense management, AP, accounting automation, and more in one integrated platform backed by award-winning support. We are looking for a (Senior) Product Designer to join our team in Belgrade, primarily focusing on our core Banking products. This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals eager to disrupt and heavily influence the ever-challenging FinTech sector, particularly in one of the world's most dynamic markets. You will work alongside a diverse team, including Product Managers, Engineers, Analysts, and Quality Assurance professionals, throughout all design phases from initial discovery to final execution.
Responsibilities
- Think holistically about complex systems and understand business goals.
- Learn about customer goals and their behavior using data, conduct interviews and feedback sessions.
- Translate research insights and business goals into features through flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals.
- Come up with elegant solutions to design challenges that satisfy business requirements and technical constraints.
- Utilize and help improve our design system.
- Partner with engineers and product managers to ensure a high-quality implementation.
- Advocate for design in strategic product decisions.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience designing similar responsive applications.
- Expert in Figma.
- Ability to explain ideas with interactive prototypes.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating how you solve problems with a strong eye for detail.
- Understanding of modern front-end technologies.
- Strong design foundation in both UI (interaction, visual) and UX (user research, analysis, information architecture, wireframing).
