About the position

The Senior Product Designer will lead the design process for creating intuitive solutions for customers, focusing on user experience best practices. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and conducting user research to inform product development decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and analysis to UX/UI design and implementation.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals that communicate design intentions clearly.
• Collaborate with engineers and product managers to implement and iterate on designs based on testing and user feedback.
• Design intuitive interfaces that adhere to industry standards like Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).
• Conduct usability testing and leverage data-driven insights to refine and improve user experiences.
• Engage in design reviews and brainstorming sessions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
• Maintain and iterate on design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Stay up to date on current design industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in Product Design for SaaS applications, Web Design, Mobile Applications, and Design Systems.
• Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing using industry-standard design tools like Figma, Sketch, or comparable programs.
• An intuitive eye for customer needs.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
• Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives.
• Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts.
