About the position

The Senior Product Designer will play a crucial role in enhancing patient access to clinical trials, which are essential for medical innovation. This position involves leading research efforts, driving product direction, and ensuring a high standard of design quality. The designer will focus on creating an intuitive experience for patients navigating serious illnesses, while also alleviating the operational burdens on healthcare professionals involved in patient enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive research efforts to understand patient discovery, evaluation, and enrollment challenges.
• Lead solution exploration to remove friction in the patient enrollment process.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure feature delivery and monitor qualitative and quantitative results post-production.
• Facilitate a culture of continuous improvement to enhance processes and outputs.

Requirements

• Proven experience in shipping consumer products and creating user-oriented experiences.
• Ability to balance company-level objectives with detailed feature-level design.
• Experience in strategic planning and contributing to quarterly roadmaps.
• Comfortable leading independent research and effectively communicating user needs to the team.
• Ability to drive projects independently and work collaboratively across functions.
