About the position

Intuit's Embedded Fintech team is seeking a Senior Product Designer to enhance user experiences across its product offerings. This role emphasizes strategic thinking and collaboration in a fast-paced environment, focusing on delivering innovative designs that balance user needs, business goals, and technological realities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver innovative end-to-end user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Influence audiences by visualizing ideas and concepts for internal teams, partners, and customers.
• Translate visions into concepts and create designs that simplify complex systems.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, leadership, program management, marketing, and other team members.
• Prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and escalate constraints effectively.
• Define and implement design criteria, guidelines, and specifications using industry standards.
• Deliver various artifacts including visual communication, concept designs, prototypes, and production-ready files.
• Stay updated with new technologies and industry trends.

Requirements

• 4+ years of visual design, interaction design, product design, or related experience.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, prototyping, and modern design tools.
• Deep knowledge of user experience methods, storytelling, design frameworks, and design principles.
• Experience in technology-driven financial services is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with leaders and project stakeholders.
• Experience in user-centered design processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Organized, self-directed, and efficient in managing multiple complex projects.
• Strong conceptual thinking with an online portfolio available for review.
