About the position

GreenLite is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our product and engineering team. This role is pivotal in shaping the product vision and strategy, focusing on customer needs and delivering innovative solutions to market. The designer will create scalable design systems, conduct user research, and produce high-fidelity prototypes that drive product development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems in Figma for rapid prototyping and engineering implementation
• Create low and high-fidelity product designs with detailed specifications for seamless engineering handoffs
• Develop and maintain user personas, empathy maps, and journey maps to inform our product roadmap
• Maintain a customer-focused approach through regular user research and insights sharing
• Enhance implementation efficiency with detailed specifications and interactive prototypes

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in UI/UX design for modern web applications
• Mastery of human-centered design principles and Figma
• Comfort with ambiguity and incomplete information
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Initiative and bias for action, with a focus on timely delivery and operational excellence
