About the position

The Senior Product Designer will lead the development of innovative design concepts and solutions, focusing on user problems and product vision. This role involves creating both low-fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity design assets, driving product design decisions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class implementations. The designer will advocate for user experience throughout the organization and utilize user feedback and data to inform design decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of new design concepts and solutions based on user problems and research.
• Create low fidelity wireframes and high-fidelity design assets.
• Drive product design decisions from beginning to end.
• Use feedback from users and data to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Development for best-in-class implementations.
• Build and maintain partnerships with UX, Product Owners, and Engineering.
• Articulate design decisions to various audiences and stakeholders.
• Advocate for the user and promote user experience across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, UX, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a closely related field.
• Experience creating design deliverables for the entire user experience, including design visions, workflows, wireframes, and polished visual comps.
• Experience utilizing and improving design system patterns.
• Experience creating and testing UX prototypes.
• Experience in motion design, motion graphics, or animation.
• Experience in front-end development.
• Ability to incorporate findings from user research into designs.
