Glydways is looking for an outstanding product designer to join the Design team and build phenomenal end to end rider and operator experiences. Our unique product offering presents entirely new experiences both for the rider and the team of operators managing our systems. Responsibilities
- Research and design multi-sensory experiences for riders & operators
- Research, test, and synthesize findings into actionable insights
- Translate complex systems and user needs into effortless rider and operator experiences
- Communicate UX concepts using low and high fidelity deliverables
- Work in a loosely structured organization, while delivering high-quality work efficiently
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills working with engineering and product teams to deliver great experiences
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing applications
- Expert knowledge of user-centered design principles
- Creative and innovative problem solving
- Proficient in modern design programs; Figma, Photoshop, or other design tools
