Requirements

• Experience in navigating ambiguity and driving clarity through a clear process.
• Strong communication skills to have discussions with users and non-designers.
• Prior experience designing for desktop platforms or simplifying complex workflows.
• Strong portfolio of high-quality visual and interaction design execution.
• Comfortable working independently and elevating design thinking.
