Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant design experience.
• An inspiring portfolio demonstrating end-to-end, user-centered design solutions.
• Strong experience with design tools for high-fidelity design solutions and specifications.
• A growth mindset with a focus on strengthening core skills through complex assignments.
• Ability to build trusting relationships through clear communication.
• Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency).
