About the position
The Senior Product Designer will be responsible for leading design efforts within a health and wellness startup environment. This role requires a strategic mindset and the ability to work independently while managing various design tasks, including wireframes, prototypes, and MVPs. The designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product and business goals, ensuring a cohesive design approach across mobile, web, and hardware platforms.

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work on tight timelines with limited resources
- Passion or experience in a health, wellness, or fitness environment
- Flexibility to manage all types of design including wireframes, prototypes, and MVPs
- Design experience within mobile/app, web, and hardware
- Strategic mindset to ideate with the team on product and business goals
- Startup experience
- Cross-functional work experience with engineering, strategy, solution architect, and research teams
- Strong product design experience in mobile/app, web, and hardware spaces
