As a Senior Product Designer on our Member Experience team, you will play a crucial role in bringing the core aspects of a health plan to life for our members. Your work will directly impact how individuals navigate their healthcare journeys, ensuring they have the right information at the right time to make informed decisions. You will collaborate closely with scrum teams to develop a best-in-class product experience that meets the needs of our users. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding and prioritizing user needs, preferences, and pain points. You will apply these insights to your design decisions, advocating for optimal user experiences. Your tasks will include crafting, testing, and iterating on multiple user-centric design solutions that maximize clarity, performance, and accessibility. You will adhere to high-quality brand standards while demonstrating superior UI design skills. Collaboration is key in this position. You will work alongside product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and ensure that your design solutions are feasible and aligned with technical constraints. Your ability to communicate design rationale effectively to stakeholders and document decisions will be essential for successful implementation by engineers. This is a hybrid position based out of our San Francisco office, with the expectation of being in the office at least two weekdays per week. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the healthcare space, leveraging your strong UI design skills and curiosity about data to inform your design process. Your attention to detail, obsession with craft, and openness to feedback will be vital as you work to achieve design breakthroughs and evolve our design systems.
