About the position
The Senior Product Development & Solutions Support Manager will lead the development and enhancement of a hydraulic fracturing software suite, focusing on strategic product opportunities and customer satisfaction. This role requires a visionary leader who can align product features with market needs and drive organizational buy-in for product initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Define, capture, and prioritize user requirements to achieve product-market fit.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap.
- Lead initiatives to continuously improve existing products.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure final products meet intended features and user experience.
- Drive customer satisfaction through effective training, onboarding, and feedback collection.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience; a Master's degree or higher is preferred.
- Extensive experience in oil and gas product development, especially in fracturing software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management abilities.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle in a Microsoft DevOps environment is preferred.
