About the position

Cintas is seeking a Senior Product Development Manager (SPDM) to lead the conception, development, and launch of new product and service offerings for the Facility Services business. This high-visibility role involves collaboration with various departments, including Operations, Sales, and Marketing, as well as frequent interactions with Upper Management. The SPDM will also work with outside vendors to enhance growth and differentiation in alignment with the company's strategic plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead the conception, development, and launch of new product and service offerings.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to define and develop offerings.
• Work with outside vendors to create offerings that support growth and differentiation.
• Train field sales on new products and tools.
• Act as a technical expert when interacting with customers.
• Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years' related business experience.
• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet.
• Ability to travel 25% to 50%, including overnight.
• Experience training field sales on new products and tools.
• Experience interacting as a technical expert with customers.
• Experience in vendor negotiations.
• Experience in Facility Services.
• Excellent public speaking skills.
• Valid driver's license.
