As a Senior Product Director, you will lead Card's Messaging and Marketing Transformation product strategy and delivery, enabling multi-channel experiences that increase the value for Capital One Card customers. This role will also represent Card's interest, strategy, and functional requirements with Enterprise partners in shaping the Marketing and Messaging strategy. You will shepherd an ambitious agenda that includes a mixture of product delivery and destination product strategy outcomes, including recruiting and building a high-performing product team, designing, launching, and scaling card consumer marketing and messaging products, and co-creating a destination architecture to power marketing and messaging. You will maintain a well-managed product organization, including the stewardship and management of in-production products/services. This role requires critical evaluation and convergence of redundant, under-utilized, and/or otherwise low-leverage services and infrastructure in our ecosystem that is not destination-aligned. Responsibilities

  • Lead Card's Messaging and Marketing Transformation product strategy and delivery.
  • Enable multi-channel experiences that increase the value for Capital One Card customers.
  • Represent Card's interest, strategy, and functional requirements with Enterprise partners in shaping the Marketing and Messaging strategy.
  • Recruit and build a high-performing product team.
  • Design, launch, and scale card consumer marketing and messaging products.
  • Co-create a destination architecture to power marketing and messaging, working back from a 2-3 year time horizon.
  • Maintain a well-managed product organization, including stewardship and management of in-production products/services.
  • Critically evaluate and converge/rationalize redundant, under-utilized, and/or otherwise low-leverage services and infrastructure.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital product management

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
  • MBA or Master's degree
  • 8+ years of experience in Agile product management
  • 8+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
