About the position

The Senior Product Enablement Manager at Emarsys is responsible for developing resources, tools, sales communications, and training to enhance the effectiveness of the Commercial organization. This role focuses on creating a comprehensive go-to-market enablement program that supports conversion and retention across the Emarsys portfolio. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across departments to ensure the Field team can engage customers effectively throughout the customer lifecycle, improving sales efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Enable the sales force to have consistent, effective, engaging and value-led sales conversations with prospects and customers at each stage of the sales cycle.
  • Create and train on impactful customer-facing technical demos of value to be presented during prospect and customer engagements.
  • Collaborate with the Product team to craft engaging slide decks, cheat sheets, deal win blueprints, competitor insights, and discovery questions.
  • Design, execute, and enhance product-focused enablement programs for the global team, including content development and managing rollout and adoption.
  • Maintain and enhance a knowledge system for collecting and managing information, sales collateral, and assets.
  • Enhance product-focused onboarding materials to support speed to ramp of the commercial organization.
  • Build long-term relationships with product, product marketing, sales readiness, and sales leadership teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end execution and production of enablement events, both on-site and on-demand.
  • Facilitate conversations and meetings related to programs and action items.
  • Conduct routine and ad hoc analyses and reporting regarding enablement programs and initiatives.

  • Knowledge of and passion for technology, with the ability to market it effectively.
  • Solution-oriented with a selling mindset and storytelling skills.
  • Organized and independent; a self-starter comfortable with significant responsibility.
  • Excellent communication skills, including presenting, editing, and writing.
  • Strong program management and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead and manage at senior levels without direct authority.
  • Fast-thinking, high-energy individual with a sense of humor.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
  • Software as a Service experience preferred.
  • 5 years of Sales/Solutions Consulting/Product Enablement experience.
