About the position

The Senior Product Growth Manager for Google Ads will play a crucial role in enabling partners to launch Ads platforms across scaled customer bases. This position involves identifying opportunities, designing solutions/products, providing engineering guidance, and establishing development timelines. The role requires collaboration with business development and partner management teams to assess partnership potential and technical needs, while also integrating with various technical teams of partners, including C-level executives and product managers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, drive and optimize business growth from new opportunities by Google Ads technologies.
  • Work with partners across the product development lifecycle, from product ideation and strategy to solution definition, implementation, launch and go-to-market.
  • Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, Sales and Business Development Managers towards a common goal with specific partners, addressing product-related and technical challenges.
  • Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
  • Implement processes to manage, engage and expand technology partnerships.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product or program management.
  • Experience with System Design and AdWord Campaigns.
  • Experience in API/back-end code in one of the following languages: Ruby, Java or Python.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree, MBA, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with Agile delivery frameworks, i.e., Scrum Master or Product Owner Certified.
  • Experience with web technologies (i.e., object-oriented JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and scripting languages (i.e., Python, Ruby).
  • Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or Marketing Automation.
  • Ability to manage and drive project management, and consensus in cross-regional and functional teams, while delivering teamwork and relationship-building.
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving and influencing skills.
