About the position

As a Senior Product Manager of Acquisition at Epsilon, you will play a pivotal role in creating differentiated digital products that drive significant business outcomes. This position is responsible for overseeing digital products that facilitate various forms of customer acquisition, including display advertising, online video, audio, and Connected TV advertising. Your efforts will directly contribute to acquiring new customers, reclaiming lapsed customers, increasing credit card applications, driving mobile app downloads, and boosting loyalty sign-ups. With an annual revenue responsibility exceeding $150 million, this role is crucial as Epsilon continues to support Publicis accounts and expand into new verticals. In this high-visibility role, you will frequently interact with C-suite executives from Epsilon, Publicis, and clients, making effective communication of product vision and strategy essential. You will be sales-facing, focusing on competitive differentiation, sales enablement, product packaging, go-to-market strategies, and identifying new product opportunities and enhancements. Although the products are nearing maturity, there are numerous growth opportunities through new verticals and enhanced sales enablement. You will collaborate closely with the engineering team to support the necessary 'build work' for product development. Your responsibilities will include leading marketplace insights, understanding unique client challenges, and clearly communicating tailored solutions. You will conduct regular competitor analyses to identify differentiation opportunities and train both sales and internal teams on the competitive landscape and product positioning. Additionally, you will own an 18-month feature roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data-driven rationale.
