About the position

As the Senior Product Manager for Ad Creation, you will drive product strategy, development, and execution for our ad creation platforms, partner integrations, and ad performance optimization capabilities across more than 50 brands that reach over 200 million users each month. This role focuses on expanding performance capabilities of ad units, such as shoppability and creative optimization, while collaborating with various stakeholders to develop a robust product strategy that leverages data science, design, and monetization.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product strategy, development, and execution for ad creation platforms.
  • Develop and review product roadmap and strategy with senior management.
  • Contribute to developing a big-picture product strategy for user needs.
  • Celebrate the release of new products/features with the scrum team.
  • Discover new features and strategies to drive user action and revenue.
  • Understand key performance and financial indicators of advertising.
  • Evaluate performance of digital ad serving and measurement integrations.
  • Coordinate with Product Managers and Technology Leaders on projects.
  • Analyze user engagement with advertising products and define product improvements.
  • Facilitate process definition and define business rules with internal teams.
  • Communicate product requirements effectively to engineers and designers.

Requirements

  • BA/BS/BSE or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Human-Computer Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in Product Management roles, preferably in ad tech or a related industry.
  • Deep knowledge of user and advertising experiences from previous roles.
  • Excellent data analysis and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable analyzing code performance and diagnosing problems.
  • Ability to juggle needs of multiple brand and audience categories.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams.
  • Desire to collect, synthesize, and analyze data for strategy development.
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills for product roadmap development.
  • Fluent in Agile principles and methodology.

Nice-to-haves

  • Three or more years of experience in ad platforms or retail media focused on desktop and mobile display, native, and video.
  • Solid understanding of the digital ad serving, tracking, and measurement technology ecosystem.
  • Experience working directly with revenue operations and advertising clients.
