About the position

As a Product Manager at TikTok, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of innovative data connection products that enhance the advertising ecosystem. This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand customer behavior and integrate user privacy choices while ensuring product efficacy. You will analyze business challenges, prioritize features, and lead the creation of signal-driven ad solutions that maximize return on ad spend for clients. Your work will directly impact the success of TikTok's advertising offerings and contribute to the company's mission of inspiring creativity and bringing joy.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of cutting-edge data connection products such as Pixels, Server-to-Server (S2S) APIs, SDKs, and partner integrations.
  • Take ownership of managing and debugging events to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Champion user privacy by onboarding and integrating user privacy choices.
  • Work closely with diverse teams to leverage signals and enhance their products.
  • Analyze complex business challenges and identify key opportunities to inform product development.
  • Lead the creation of signal-driven ad solutions that maximize return on ad spend (ROAS) for clients.
  • Define and articulate a clear product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 5+ years of product management experience within ad tech
  • Strong understanding of the ads ecosystem, in areas such as Signals, Identity, Targeting, Attribution, Measurement or Optimization
  • Experience in defining vision, strategy, roadmap and taking one or more products through the software development lifecycle from conception to launch
  • Comfortable working with highly technical teams and driving impact with diverse global teams
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Nice-to-haves

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics or Statistics
  • Previous experience as an Engineer or Data Scientist
  • Direct working experience in one of the following ad domains: Signals, Identity, Targeting, Attribution, Measurement or Optimization
