This role demands the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels, generating innovative ideas for growth while also analyzing data and solving problems in collaboration with delivery teams. In this role, the Senior Product Manager will monitor and drive business performance across all aspects of demand, customer experience, and conversion. The ideal candidate will possess strong experience in relevant technologies and a solid understanding of the Scaled Agile development framework. They should be adept at navigating between business stakeholders and technology teams to prioritize high-value items for delivery. This position is responsible for defining the vision and experience across all components of the relevant ecosystem within their area of responsibility. Essential duties include researching and analyzing target client segments to understand their financial needs, demonstrating thought leadership by championing the business vision, and analyzing market trends to define a differentiated product vision. The Senior Product Manager will collaborate with various partners to align on strategy, develop a delivery roadmap, and write epics and features to support the defined roadmap. They will also set the Planning Increment (PI) vision, develop feature backlog roadmaps, and ensure compliance with all necessary processes and procedures. Additionally, this role involves mentoring other Product Managers on best practices in product management.
