About the position

As Senior Product Manager, AI Enablement and Solutions within the Credit organization, you will play a pivotal role in guiding internal teams and stakeholders through their AI adoption journeys while ensuring that business risks are minimized. This position requires a seasoned professional who will act as a subject matter expert in Generative AI, driving innovation across the Credit sector. You will leverage your strong interpersonal skills and user empathy to understand and address the needs of various stakeholders. Your ability to zoom in on specific details while also maintaining a broader perspective will be crucial in this role. You will take ownership of your projects, striving to comprehend use cases, user motivations, and business objectives. Staying updated on new AI products and services, particularly those utilizing large language models (LLMs), will be essential as you navigate the rapidly evolving landscape of Generative AI. Your logical approach and well-informed opinions will guide your decision-making, ensuring that the best interests of the organization are prioritized. In this role, you will be responsible for AI Governance and Risk Review, which includes evaluating AI use cases submitted by colleagues and overseeing the integration of AI capabilities into existing software tools. You will drive standardization and enforce safeguards to ensure compliance and risk management. Additionally, you will manage an inventory of AI solutions, identifying and evaluating opportunities for applying AI capabilities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with technology partners, you will implement and monitor the execution of AI solutions, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Review AI use cases submitted by colleagues to ensure compliance and risk management.
• Oversee the introduction of AI capabilities into existing software tools.
• Drive standardization and enforce safeguards for AI implementations.
• Manage an inventory of AI solutions and ensure their effectiveness.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities for applying AI capabilities to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Suggest compliant alternatives to stakeholders regarding AI solutions.
• Collaborate with technology partners to implement and monitor AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, technology, fintech, or related fields.
• Experience working with or building different LLMs such as those from OpenAI, Anthropic, Meta, and others.
• Familiarity with concepts such as Agents, RAG, and Evaluations.
• Experience in the credit rating or securities industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
