About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Airports at Lyft will lead the development and execution of strategies to enhance the airport experience for drivers and riders. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive product innovation and ensure alignment with Lyft's mission of improving transportation. The PM will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful products that resonate with users and uphold the company's brand values.

Responsibilities

• Understand Lyft's strategic and competitive position to set an ambitious product vision.
• Deliver on the product vision by setting team goals, success metrics, and a roadmap.
• Build a product roadmap and lead a core team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers.
• Own the team's products from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance.
• Collaborate effectively across the company, communicating roadmaps, priorities, and decisions to various audiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent experience leading consumer-facing products.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketplace products.
• Natural leadership ability to manage project ambiguity and complexity.
• Excellent judgment regarding product ecosystem dynamics.
• Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy.
• Ability to conceptualize, prioritize, and lead multiple projects for stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills.
