About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Billing at CoreWeave is responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that enhances billing experiences for customers while improving operational efficiency. This role requires collaboration with engineering and UX/UI teams to ensure high-quality execution and alignment with both customer and internal needs across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a cohesive product strategy for Billing, aligning with external demands, internal demands, and CoreWeave's strategic goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the design, development, and launch of Billing features, focusing on usability, performance, and accuracy.
• Continuously evaluate and enhance the end-to-end user experience for CoreWeave's Billing features as the customer base and product portfolio evolve.
• Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, third-party solutions, and competitive offerings to ensure CoreWeave's Billing story remains solid and builds trust with customers.
• Use metrics and feedback loops to measure the effectiveness of Billing features, making data-driven decisions to refine and improve the product offering.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, working on highly technical enterprise products.
• Experience building billing systems is a huge plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating product vision and strategy to varied audiences.
• Strong technical background, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-informed decisions and balance customer benefit and engineering complexity.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
