Your primary goal will be to ensure that our customers can effectively use New Relic to swiftly isolate and diagnose problems that arise from system modifications. This will ultimately help in reducing the mean time to detection and resolution of issues, which is critical for maintaining system integrity and performance. You will join a team that is deeply customer-focused and thrives on collaboration, innovation, and mutual respect. The culture here values honesty and encourages team members to embrace experimentation and rapid iteration to navigate ambiguity. You will leverage data and customer feedback to shape product narratives while supporting the health of a $1 billion+ business. In this role, you will be responsible for defining and driving our product strategy related to change tracking, management, integration, automation, and visualization. You will provide thought leadership on building customer-centric systems that can quickly identify changes, their impacts, responsible parties, and remediation approaches, utilizing automation wherever possible. Collaboration will be key as you work extensively with both external and internal customers to streamline the change analysis experience, while also researching market trends and technologies to position our change tracking platform as a leader in the industry. You will develop both near-term and long-term roadmaps, ensuring alignment of key releases with business objectives and adjusting the roadmap based on key results, customer demand, and resource changes. Your role will also involve defining processes and practices that keep your team focused and performing efficiently, as well as collaborating with marketing, sales, and finance on the go-to-market plan.
