About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Cloud Services will lead the development and execution of the product strategy, roadmap, and vision for IGEL's cloud offerings. This role requires a strong background in cloud technologies and product management, focusing on innovation and customer engagement to enhance IGEL's cloud services portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for IGEL's cloud services.
• Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and validate product concepts.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product development, launch, and adoption.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of cloud services.
• Mentor and guide junior product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years focused on cloud services or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models.
• Proficient in data analysis, market research, and competitive analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving successful product launches.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and a passion for delivering exceptional user experiences.
