About the position

The Senior Product Manager - Consumer Experience at Progressive Leasing is responsible for driving improvements and unification of consumer UX experiences. This remote position requires a highly skilled technical product manager who specializes in consumer experience products, focusing on browsing, shopping, and consumer approval. The role involves collaborating with internal business partners, managing product backlogs, and ensuring that product delivery aligns with business needs and the overall product vision.

Responsibilities

  • Drive improvements and unification of consumer UX experiences.
  • Represent product as the main interface for collaboration with internal business partners.
  • Maintain close partnership with sales, marketing, and data science organizations.
  • Define and standardize Key Performance Indicators for decision-making and showcasing results.
  • Manage the product backlog to ensure the highest business value is delivered to customers.
  • Author UX feature requirements in the form of user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Produce and lead go-live release communications for new features and changes.
  • Present roadmaps, complex ideas, and features to a broad audience effectively.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in software Product Management.
  • 2 to 3 years working on consumer experience UX products.
  • Proven ability to do both tactical work and set an overall strategy for projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment requiring high productivity and adaptability.
  • Strong communication skills to translate quantitative details into clear summaries and recommendations.
  • Ability to understand the needs of many stakeholders and prioritize effectively.
  • Ability to move from high-level strategy to detailed execution.
  • Independently author well-written technical and functional feature requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills for various audiences.
  • High integrity and ambition to pursue the best possible product and service.
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate and be flexible in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for innovating exciting new products.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
