About the position

As the Senior Product Manager - Salesforce CPQ, you will be responsible for managing the feature product and program backlog for the Salesforce CPQ implementation at ADT. This role involves defining and supporting the development of products that meet customer and employee needs throughout the product-market lifecycle. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify user needs, develop program vision and roadmap, and ensure that product requirements are aligned with business strategy and customer-centric models.

Responsibilities

  • Own the feature product and program backlog for the Salesforce CPQ implementation.
  • Define and support the building of desirable, feasible, viable, and sustainable products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define user and customer needs.
  • Develop the program vision, roadmap, and features required to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a log of all business requirements for the Salesforce CPQ application.
  • Maintain a 36-month roadmap aligned to business strategy and product vision.
  • Lead efforts to identify, map, and improve the employee and customer experience journey.
  • Work closely with Finance, Accounting, Tax, and Audit partners for accurate requirements and user acceptance testing.
  • Assist in the development and execution of graphics, journeys, and visual aids for feature documentation.
  • Validate that all stories in the backlog meet acceptance criteria and comply with the Definition of Done (DoD) methodology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of Product or Program Management experience.
  • 2 years of experience with Salesforce.
  • Salesforce CPQ product experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Confluence software preferred.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to see the big picture and make thoughtful tradeoffs.
  • Experience with business case development and financial fluency.
  • Advanced level technical knowledge associated with IT system architecture, preferably in the SFDC ecosystem.

Nice-to-haves

  • Product Owner/Product Manager certification preferred.
  • Scrum Master certification a plus.
