About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Data Security Products at Capital One Software is responsible for leading the development and management of innovative data security solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and synthesis of customer discovery efforts to understand customer needs.
• Own and prioritize the long-term product roadmap to deliver on business outcomes.
• Define KPIs for the product and measure performance against those metrics.
• Collaborate with tech leadership to understand technical tradeoffs and their impact on customer experience.
• Drive customer engagement by collaborating with enterprise clients to understand their data security needs.
• Lead product launch efforts ensuring alignment with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Develop strategies to drive product adoption in partnership with customer success, marketing, and sales teams.
• Craft compelling messaging and positioning for data security products.
• Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry influencers.
• Act as a customer advocate within the company to align product features with customer expectations.
• Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and product performance metrics for ongoing innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or military experience
• At least 5 years of experience in digital product management
