About the position

The Senior Product Manager for Digital Customer Experience at DISH will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience across Boost Mobile's digital platforms. This role focuses on developing new capabilities and improving existing functionalities to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer journey, ultimately driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive the improvement of the Boost Mobile customer experience by monitoring and analyzing customer interactions, feedback, and satisfaction levels.
• Implement strategies to enhance the overall user experience and drive customer satisfaction.
• Develop capabilities for the Boost Mobile customer app.
• Enhance authenticated customer experience on the web, including bill pay, account management, upsell, cross-sell, and loyalty/retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for various stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• Provide regular project updates, performance metrics, and actionable insights to senior management and relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline).
• 3+ years of experience in improving customer experiences for digital businesses.
• Strong understanding of enterprise software development and user experience best practices.
• Experience owning roadmaps for customer-facing apps and capability development.
• Expertise in authenticated web experiences (bill pay, account management, upsell/cross-sell).
• Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
• Project management experience with scope, timelines, and resource coordination.
• Outstanding communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
