About the position

As a Senior Product Manager at eSentire, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Cyber Resilience and Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR) offerings. This position requires a unique blend of business acumen and technical expertise, particularly in enterprise network security across both traditional and cloud environments. You will be responsible for translating customer business needs into actionable product strategies and technology requirements, ensuring that our solutions not only meet market demands but also exceed customer expectations. Your role will involve frequent interactions with customers and prospects, where you will explain our security solutions and gather valuable feedback to inform product development. In this capacity, you will own the Cyber Resilience and DFIR business lines, acting as the go-to resource for these areas. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you create financial, market, and other analytical models to guide product pricing and go-to-market decisions. You will maintain competitive intelligence materials and work with technology partners to source tools that enhance our platform and services. This role requires a proactive approach, as you will also define the necessary processes to support the launch of new services in collaboration with internal teams such as the Security Operations Center (SOC), Customer Success, and Deployments.
