The Senior Product Manager - Digital Implementations will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the product strategy for the end-to-end digital processes and tools within the US Cash Management business. This position offers a unique opportunity to build the cash management business of the future from the ground up, focusing on creating differentiated digital experiences for clients. A key aspect of this role is to enhance the digital client implementation experience, empowering clients to take control of their onboarding journey. In this role, you will support the Product Strategy and Execution for US Cash Management, collaborating closely with Product, Technology, and other cross-functional partners. You will drive the design of modern, frictionless User Experience (UX) for seamless enterprise signup and maintenance of Cash Management products. Your proactive approach will help identify opportunities to enhance client experiences and drive the development of new processes and tools. As the voice of the Implementation value stream, you will represent the team in various internal and external forums, focusing on driving efficiencies in host-to-host, API, and SWIFT channels, while enhancing the overall experience with the RBCClear client-facing portal. Additionally, you will partner with the Account Management team to gather client feedback on digital product implementations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive improvements in client experience. You will also have the opportunity to forge creative partnerships with ecosystem providers, further enhancing the product offerings.
