About the position

Join us as we empower the world to work out, creating healthier lives together. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Product Manager, Digital Partnerships to join our team. This role will focus on finding and nurturing new digital integrations, connecting Life Fitness products and applications with industry partners to create a seamless operational experience for our commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of software and APIs, experience in contract development and negotiation, and the ability to train and support our sales team and customers. This is a hybrid position based out of Franklin Park, IL, with in-office collaboration days on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, while Monday and Friday are remote. As the Senior Product Manager, you will act as the primary account manager and lead contact for all digital integration partners. You will manage inbound partnership requests and proactively identify and nurture new partners onto our platform. Understanding Life Fitness products and services will be crucial as you creatively derive ways our integrations can support mutual customers. You will also manage key accounts that have or would like to customize Life Fitness product software. In addition, you will negotiate and lead contractual terms with partners, working closely with our legal team to ensure all partnerships comply with the latest privacy laws, including GDPR. You will lead the software engineering teams with support from the Cardio and Digital Software product management team to execute integrations based on functional requirements. Furthermore, you will oversee marketing, sales training, public relations, and go-to-market strategies to promote the integration, ensuring customer success by providing necessary support and training resources to global service and sales teams.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in software development, product management, or a related role.
  • Proven experience in contract development and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of software and APIs.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other relevant privacy laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the commercial fitness industry.
  • Familiarity with member management systems, facility management systems, service software, group training software, apps, and wearables.
