About the position

As a Senior Product Manager on the Intuit Embedded Fintech team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of financial transactions across various platforms. Your focus will be on creating innovative solutions that enhance the payment experience for consumers, small businesses, and financial institutions. This position requires a blend of technical proficiency and product management expertise to ensure the platform can handle high transaction volumes while meeting diverse customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements and understanding business goals.
• Define and build a vision for the next generation of money product experiences.
• Draft documents that work backwards from customers to describe key objectives and execution strategies.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure product development aligns with customer needs.
• Build functionality that spans multiple product lines and think of global solutions.
• Manage dependencies, priorities, and plans across different groups for consistent product delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in product management, specifically in defining, designing, and delivering software products, preferably in Payments or Fintech.
• Proven expertise in leading cross-functional teams to launch software products on time and within budget.
• Experience with products focused on payments or digital wallets.
• Demonstrated experience managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from concept to launch.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to break down large visions into actionable milestones.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Math, Science, or a related technical discipline.
