About the position
The Senior Product Manager for Enterprise Mobility AI & Security at Samsung will lead the development and execution of product strategies for advanced enterprise mobility solutions. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps and requirements, focusing on AI and security features that cater to large enterprises. The position is pivotal in driving innovation and enhancing user experience in Samsung's Knox enterprise mobility products.
Responsibilities
- Drive and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap for advancing AI/Gen AI capabilities for Samsung Knox Enterprise Device Management & Mobile endpoint security solutions.
- Understand and analyze Enterprise ecosystem advanced AI & Generative AI capabilities and evaluate application towards new product ideas and features.
- Work with industry leading ecosystem partners to identify & validate opportunities for Samsung to innovate and increase market share.
- Discover use cases and develop prioritized features for integration with widely used UEM platforms, Network solutions providers, and ISV solution providers.
- Demonstrate customer obsession by being a champion for user experience with deep customer empathy.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure robust GTM plans and successful product launches.
- Engage with key enterprise customers to gather feedback and validate product direction.
- Be a Product Subject Matter Expert for internal as well as external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Engineering degree in EE, CS (Masters or MBA preferred) or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- 7+ years of product management experience in enterprise mobility or related fields.
- Proven record of shipping advanced AI/GenAI enabled platform products.
- Expertise in AI technologies relating to mobile endpoint management and security.
- Deep understanding of Mobile Device Management and Security ecosystem including UEM platforms, SIEM, SOAR, XDR solutions management for large enterprises.
- Proven track record of successfully driving innovation and launching enterprise-grade mobility solutions.
- Strong vision for the future of intelligent manageability and security solutions for frontline and knowledge workers powered by Enterprise AI capabilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to build an excellent user experience and lead/present small group and/or executive level discussions.
