About the position

The Sr. Product Manager will lead a team focused on executing GEN AI applications and developing long-term strategies for the Employee Experience Center of Excellence (CoE). This role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to enhance employee tools with GEN AI solutions, overseeing the rollout of United ChatGPT, and ensuring its adoption and sustainability across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of GEN AI applications and develop long-term strategy for the Employee Experience CoE.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop roadmaps for enhancing employee tools with GEN AI solutions.
  • Act as the product owner of United ChatGPT, overseeing its rollout and defining long-term plans.
  • Define and develop a strategic technical roadmap for product management.
  • Analyze and define efficient, cost-effective solutions to support company objectives.
  • Own the product roadmap of integration platforms, aligning with organizational goals.
  • Define and prioritize feature enhancements for enterprise capabilities.
  • Manage product backlog based on user feedback and lead execution.
  • Document scope and conduct business analysis for strategic initiatives.
  • Engage QA teams to define and execute automated test plans.
  • Capture product requirements and prioritize work using Agile principles.
  • Engage stakeholders throughout the product development cycle using feedback channels.
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key business and technology leaders.
  • Manage ongoing updates to product roadmaps and communications across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with business partners to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Develop and maintain roadmaps for GEN AI tools, prioritizing initiatives based on business value.
  • Foster collaboration across teams to develop strategy for integration of GEN AI tools.
  • Drive standardization and enforce safeguards for product development.
  • Act as a thought leader and advocate for GEN AI tools within the organization.
  • Conduct industry and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Define success metrics and KPIs for GEN AI tools and track performance against objectives.
  • Empower, coach, and develop team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Product Management, Data Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, STEM or related field.
  • Strong understanding of AI and machine learning technologies, with experience in AI-driven products or solutions.
  • 7+ years of IT and/or business experience, or equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training.
  • Demonstrated commitment to increasing knowledge and skills in current technical/functional area.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.
  • Integrity and trustworthiness in professional interactions.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and support team goals.
  • Ability to craft and communicate a data-driven roadmap across a complex stakeholder network.
