About the position

The Senior Product Manager, Global Marketing CNS Cancers is a pivotal role within Novocure's Global Product & Portfolio Strategy team. This position is responsible for managing the brand strategy and communications specifically for CNS indications. The Senior Product Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for brain metastases in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). This includes crafting global messaging, positioning, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with regional and local marketing teams. The role requires close collaboration with various departments, including Global Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Regulatory, to ensure a cohesive approach to product marketing. In this full-time, exempt position based in Chesterbrook, PA, the Senior Product Manager will report directly to the Director of Global Marketing CNS Cancers. The individual will help lead the Global CNS strategy team, known as the CNS forum, focusing on aligning strategies and communications with Regional Marketing and Patient Experience teams. The role also involves supporting the onboarding of new countries for the GBM launch, ensuring consistency in branding and communications across different markets, and preparing for the launch of brain metastases in NSCLC. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing messaging and launch campaigns, creating educational materials for key customer segments, and collaborating with regional and local markets to share best practices. Additionally, the role includes participating in business and strategic planning for current and future indications, applying creativity and innovation to address business opportunities and challenges in the marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Helps lead the Global CNS strategy team (CNS forum) for the GBM indication to align the strategy and communications with Regional Marketing and Patient Experience teams
  • Supports onboarding of new countries for launch in GBM
  • Ensures consistency in GBM branding and communications across regional and local markets
  • Supports the Director, Global Marketing CNS in preparation for launch in brain metastases for NSCLC
  • Helps develop go to market strategy for brain metastases in NSCLC in collaboration with Director Global Marketing, Medical Affairs & regional and local markets
  • Develops messaging and launch campaign
  • Develops educational material for key customer segments
  • Collaborates with regional and local markets to share best practices
  • Participates in business and strategic planning for current and future indications with regional marketing teams and cross-functional partners
  • Applies creativity, innovation, and out-of-the-box thinking in addressing opportunities and solving business and marketplace issues

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience) required, MBA or advanced scientific degree desirable
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience with in-line product marketing or global marketing with focus in the oncology therapeutic area preferred
  • Proven ability to build and maintain partnerships with key opinion leaders
  • Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to take on multiple tasks simultaneously and perform at high levels
  • Understanding of the activities, regulations, and processes required for successful product marketing in the healthcare industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong listening, presentation and influencing skills
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, follow up and anticipate problems
